- Psychographics tells you why people buy. They help you build robust user characters.
- They help you craft the right message and put it in the right place. They are less objective and clean, but for a salesperson, they are beneficial.

Three types of psychographics: The main psychographics are interests, activities, and opinions. You can also divide it into subcategories. (Attitudes differ slightly from ideas; lifestyle and behavior differ slightly from activities.
